There’s a movie called Inherent Vice that runs 2.5 hours long and there’s a podcast about that movie, analyzing it scene by scene and interpreting scene meanings. That podcast consists of 46 episodes that are each more than an hour long. It’s like 50 hours of interpretation. For a 2 and a half hour movie. I find that hilarious and…sick.

As I get older I find this so true—that there’s a whole world in everything. that creation is difficult. that I’m glad people are out there spilling ink and speaking into the mic and making essays and putting words out there, whether it’s original work or interpretation
